Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions govern the Swole Streets iOS app, formerly called Todd, and the related Todd Labs website and services. Todd Labs operates the app. By using these services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled; accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and authorize your use. Follow the age and consent requirements that apply to you.
What Swole Streets Provides
Swole Streets combines manual workout logging, reusable templates, goals, calendar history, trends, local notifications, and widgets with a retro solo action game. Saved workouts contribute to game levels and upgrades. The current app does not provide AI coaching, voice transcription, or Apple Health integration. Multiplayer is not currently available from the app menu.
Game maps or catalog entries marked as future content do not promise an availability date. Features may evolve as the app is updated.
Free Access
Manual workout logging, workout editing, goal creation, saved history, Calendar, Trends, Profile, and the solo game are free. No subscription is required. There is no daily or lifetime creation cap on manual workouts or goals.
The game awards up to three spendable workout upgrade points per day. This is a game reward rule, not a limit on logging. Saved workouts with exercises still count toward overall game level after that allowance is reached. Level-ups add automatic upgrades to the five game categories.
Game Coins, Outfits, and Items
You can earn coins through play and spend them on the outfits, attack colors, and backpack items offered for coins in the Store. Outfits and attack colors are cosmetic. Backpack items have the effects described in the game and can be used up. Confirmed coin spending deducts from your local balance.
Coins, upgrade points, outfits, and other virtual items are for use only inside Swole Streets. They cannot be transferred, traded, redeemed for real money, or used for wagering. They give you a limited right to use the relevant game content, not ownership of the app or its artwork. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
Some outfits and coin packs display real-money prices, but payment for those products is not enabled in the current build. A displayed price does not itself make a purchase or charge you. Future paid offerings, if enabled, will need functioning Apple purchase confirmation and applicable purchase and restoration information before sale.
Older Subscriptions and Apple Billing
The current app does not offer a subscription as a condition of using its core features. However, if you purchased an auto-renewing Todd subscription in an earlier version, an app update or uninstall does not cancel that subscription. Check iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or Profile > Subscription in Swole Streets, to see its status and manage or cancel it.
Apple's subscription confirmation and applicable Apple terms govern any existing renewal and billing. A local reminder is not a guarantee of notice before renewal. Apple handles refund requests through https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Refund eligibility and any non-waivable consumer rights remain subject to applicable law. Todd Labs does not receive your full payment-card details.
Your Records and Automatic Saves
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for reviewing calculated trends and goal progress before relying on them. The app uses local records and does not provide an account-based cloud sync or guarantee recovery after app deletion, device loss, or device failure. Apple backup and transfer tools may help depending on your settings, but recovery is not guaranteed by Todd Labs.
Completed story levels save automatically in one default local save. This does not promise that an unfinished fight resumes after the app closes. Coins, owned items, and upgrade allocations are also stored locally. Editing or deleting workouts can change calculated game levels and stats. Resetting allocated upgrades does not delete workouts or earned level bonuses.
Fitness and Safe Use
Swole Streets is a record-keeping and entertainment app, not a medical device, healthcare service, coach, or personal trainer. It does not diagnose conditions, assess exercise form, prescribe treatment, or determine whether an activity is safe for you. Trends, totals, goal percentages, and estimated one-repetition maximums are informational calculations and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional about exercise appropriate for your circumstances. Stop if you feel unwell, and never attempt a lift or activity solely because of a number shown in the app. Game levels and rewards are not measures of health or physical ability. Do not overtrain or take risks to earn rewards. Log records and play only when it is safe to look at and interact with your device.
License and Acceptable Use
Your license to the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms describe our services and supplement, rather than replace, the applicable Apple license and usage rules.
You may not use the app or website unlawfully, interfere with their security or operation, submit malicious content, exploit purchase or reward systems, or copy, sell, or redistribute protected materials without permission. Nothing here prohibits an activity that applicable law expressly permits, including legally protected reverse engineering.
Your Content and Issue Reports
You keep your rights to the workout information, goals, notes, and other content you enter. Local entry does not grant us a right to publish your records or use them for advertising.
If you choose to submit an issue report or email support, you authorize us to store and review that submission, including any attached workout or goal, to investigate the problem, respond to support, maintain security, and improve reliability. This permission is limited to those purposes and the Privacy Policy. Do not submit unrelated sensitive information, another person's records without authority, or content you do not have the right to share. A report is not a public post, and a submission does not guarantee a response time or a particular fix.
Third-Party Services and Connectivity
Swole Streets uses Apple for distribution and platform services, RevenueCat for automatic purchase-status checks and older subscription records, and Supabase for optional issue reports. GitHub Pages hosts our public website. Their applicable terms and privacy practices govern their own services.
Local workout tracking and solo play can work offline. Purchase-status refreshes, issue reports, support email, external links, and website access need connectivity and may be unavailable during outages. You are responsible for any carrier, roaming, or Internet charges. The app does not guarantee that a report reaches support when the network fails; email support if you need to follow up.
Intellectual Property
Swole Streets, its software, original artwork, sprites, audio, text, and branding are owned by Todd Labs or its licensors, subject to applicable third-party licenses. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. Suggestions and feedback may be used to improve the app without compensation, but that does not give us unrestricted rights to your private fitness records.
Availability, Updates, and Termination
We may release updates, change features or game balance, stop supporting an operating-system version, or suspend a remote service for maintenance, security, abuse, or legal reasons. We will honor notice and consumer obligations imposed by applicable law. Describing possible future features is not a commitment to deliver them.
You may stop using the app at any time. Ending use does not by itself delete information previously submitted to us or cancel an Apple subscription. The Privacy Policy explains deletion requests. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, lawful liability limits, and dispute terms, continue to apply.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, data recovery, or suitability for a particular training or health purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Todd Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the services, including lost data, profits, or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, or takes away mandatory consumer rights.
Apple and Consumer Rights
Apple's Media Services Terms and applicable app license also apply to your use of its services. Todd Labs is responsible for support for Swole Streets; Apple is not our support provider. Where required by the applicable Apple license, Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce the relevant license terms as third-party beneficiaries.
These Terms do not limit Apple's obligations under its own terms, statutory refund or withdrawal rights, or other protections that apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, website, business model, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms show a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively, with any notice or consent required by law. Continued use constitutes acceptance only where legally permitted; it does not retroactively authorize a new use of personal information.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts located in New York will have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under mandatory local law.
